I'm using a bunch of Demonblade mutants for my Mutant Gang. They've got some great stuff that looks like if fits in real well with GoMC1.

I'm tempted to do a 'Aliens' (as in the ones that Ripley fights) campaign, as I have the miniatures.

I dont see it wrong to use GW minis at all. They are very good quality products, just a tad expensive. Thats why ebays around. Let alone car boots or Bring and buys. Thats the only way I can afford most wargames.

I don't even see them as that expensive really, when you consider the quality and the amount of extra bits you get in a plastic kit. Also, they are so easy to work with and convert. And for GOMC-1 you only need a few models, so it's not really a problem. (obviously for warhammer it's different, that gets costly).
