Just in case a GM needs a WP figure for a monster or character here's a quick system...
Primarily Magic using/Psychic Foes: Initial Willpower = Initial ENDURANCE Points.
(Making new Spellcaster/Psychic Classes: WP = 20+Random Number.)
Others/Most Monsters: Initial Willpower = HALF Initial ENDURANCE Points. (I'd put Kai Lords/Masters here too).
(Making new Warrior Classes: WP = 10+Random Number.)
{You may want Warrior Mage types like Vakeros to have WP = 75% Initial EP, perhaps New Order Grand Masters fit here. Making New Class: WP = 15+Random Number.}
So a quick Kai NPC can have from Initial Willpower 10 if he has 20EP to 20 Willpower if he has 40EP (29 roll +11EP Lore Circles).
Not sure how I'll handle Kai using WP for Psychic powers. Those costing more than 1EP could be equally shared between EP/WP, or perhaps WP to initiate and EP to maintain.
