Which Death Station is the 'correct' one?

Valkrist

Mongoose
There are two versions of Death Station (the updated one). Both claim to be copyright 2021, both are written by Seth Skorkowsky, both have have identical title pages.

However, the interior layout of the station is different between the two versions, and they have different maps.

Which one is supposed to be the 'correct' version?

The maps:

If they are pdf's does one have a newer date?
I am partial to the one that does not have the stateroom on the wrong side of the iris valve from the adjacent lab, so I suspect the top one is the fixed one.
The bottom one is the one I based my deck plan from, so should be the "original" for this edition (I moved the iris valve on mine).

The lower map matches the version in Bundle of Holding last month. I wouldn't be prepared to say it's more recent or correct though. The copyright page says (c)2021.

The version I have before that is timestamped 2021, has the same copyright statement and the same map.

The original may be found as an old CT Double Adventure.
The first Mongoose version was a reprint and conversion for MgT1e that appeared in S&P magazine.
The third version was the free version for MgT2e
Are we now up to a fourth?

The second one is supposed to be the correct version if I recall correctly from Seth's video but as others have said, whatever works with your gameplay style is best. I would think it's best to have the air/raft bays next to the cargo bay and the secondary lab rather in right next to the spoke.

I did my own version of this floorplan so it could be printed with 2nd Dynasty's GridForge system, but I've been stalled publishing the printing guide due to how much I dislike InDesign for making TAS articles. I had intended to offer it for free on TAS.

The differences were that I made a continuous walkway around the entire ring on one edge, changed the spoke landing to have a large elevator, adjusted some sizes of the larger spaces, and adjusted the turret hardpoints and their associated "closets". Finally I made a Chief Scientist's office next to the lab and put a safe in it.

I have Word and PDF versions of the printing guide, but not in TAS format. Just a taste:
