Where does Quick Launch come from?

I've been converting a bunch of the ships available on the Federation Commander site over into ACTA:SF format for use in our games. It's a pretty straight forward reverse engineering job to figure out most of the particulars of a ship, but I cannot see a lot of correlation between Quick Launch and the FC ship cards. Admittedly, this is a minor concern since there are not a lot of uses for shuttles right now, but more might show up and I like to be thorough. Heck, I might invent some uses for shuttles just so they can do something :).

Shields and firing arcs can also be a bit of a trick, but I can usually eyeball those based on correlating existing ships between the two systems.

Quick Launch implies either 2 seperate Shuttle Bays such as the one in the boom of the Klingon C8 or some kind of Balcony like on just about every Gorn Ship ever made.

Do separate bays translate to separate sets of shuttle boxes on the FC ship cards?

This was my assumption, but I've also run across a few ships with separate sets of boxes that lacked the Quick Launch trait. Could easily be an oversight given the sparse use of quick launch. How many playtest groups are going to have run into any situation that made them say "hey, I should be able to spit out more unarmed shuttles this turn!"

In SFB and FC, some ships have their shuttle boxes separated for aesthetic reasons. Some ships would look lopsided or clumsy with them grouped together. Usually, there is a note somewhere that explains the number of bays and/or the launch rate. I think, but am not sure, that FC has a fixed shuttle launch rate, in any case.

It covers a number of features in SFB and I assume from the fact the trait made it in that these features are in FC as well.

These ideas could include multiple bays, launch tubes, balcony and similar systems - the most likely/most used candidate seems to be the balcony system for the Gorn
