Where do you live?

I live in Cergy, France, 30km west of Paris.

But isn't this what the 'Location' field was meant for in the 1st place??

I'm sure it was. *hint* I don't live in the Shadow Plateau.

I currently live in a small village in France, fairly close to Saint-Tropez, but I will have to move shortly to Clermond-Ferrand, a fairly big town in the center of France.

Highcliffe, Christchurch, Dorset, U.K.

Technically my house lies between the sign that says Hampshire and the one that says Dorset, and my nextdoor neighbour is flying a Swedish flag from his summer house.... so I could live be living in Sweden

Just handy for Conception, IndieCon and Consequences then!

Yep I live in the nearest house to the site, still have to stay on site at the Con though as my wife is generally unhappy about me staggering home drunk with a bunch of mates and us all discussing the various trials and tribulations of our characters at stupid o'clock in the morning

So see you at all the Naish Con's then :)

Jackson, MI

There seem to be a whole herd of older gamers here who have played the older games but no heroquest, runequest or any similar glorantha-phile type of any kind. Heck. When the big historical minis convention happens in Lansing once a year (Sparta con I think it's called.) The local elder gamers from our club all flock there with WWII stuff and I have to quest for people interested in ancients. :-(

Are there any good books on ancient armor, weapons, armies and/or tactics anyone can recommend? I've heard Osprey does some good stuff but I've yet to find them locally.

Edited to seek book info.
