Whats Everybody Working On At The Moment . . . . .

Now I fully understand that, BUT when you are obsessive about Starship Troopers (not just the game btw) as I am, you have to take advantage if only just to save a few pennies.

TBH TMP is so full of people who are WAY off the mark generally its quite scary really!

I'm of course not faulting you taking "tactical" advantage of the situation by hoarding models, he he.

IF (and I say IF) my FLGS carried SST (or any Mongoose stuff Lol) I would support it.

But being as they only really support Card Games, well - I don't bother going in at all.

Don't blame you. You could always fool the card shop and tell them SST Evo will use cards, lol.

Yes!! Me too :D . My next thing is to get the whole cgi, and replace my crappy vhs copy of sst(so granny old from watching it a lot in the past) with the dvd, which will keep my sst2 copy some company :) .

Sad sack that I am (he, he, he).

I own the Roughnecks Chronicles as individual DVD's AND as the Boxed set.

I have the special twin DVD Box of both SST Movies (and yes I do like the second one), AND the special edition of the first Starship Troopers Movie.

I have the Audio Book of SST on my MP4 Player AND the first Starship Troopers Movie on there as well.

I do love my Starship Troopers!

And two years after I made my version of Whiskey Outpost (waiting for the rulebook to be released) I've finally got my first batch of LAMI "movie troopers" done (2 boxes of 20). I'll post pics by tomorrow, then I'll assign them to guard duty, heh.

FUNNILY enough, I've been painting LAMI tonight :D

I'm back in the saddle as far as SST is concerned, carrying on with my Skinnies and Working on my Exo Suit Platoon.

(I'm also painting more Trollbloods for my Hordes Army and painting 40mm stuff for my Mate Steve over at Monolith Designs)

I just wondered what everybody else was up to (other than Galatea who seems to do a lot all the while Lol).

Just been trying to paint all my models up, I got about 10 more warriors to pain, a few pathfinders and thats about it.

I'm gonna get some Tau Fire warriors, and maybe a Lictor from 40k to play with(I don't play 40k I just like alot of their models) and a devil fish.

Gonna get some pig iron stuff and some Spug stuff. I plan on having a bunch of armies and having them all trying to kill of the other I'm gonna draw up maps and make a campaign.

I like it too(and the fact the sarg was fleet in the 1st movie too  ). I haven't done anything miniatures related lately, but have been working on my video game(I'll get a thread down in the off topic forum)

I'm making a swamp warfare sprite(to go with my planet's theme), as well I'm making my own little race a reality. They're called the Korv'Ern, story brought to you by someone on another forum(I 'borrowed' his ideas, of course he's OK with it). Actually the box I used was some Sauron warriors from my local hobby store :) . They're basically a warrior caste that upon meeting the Federation, became good friends, though found on the Planet dubbed Dylaria somewheres else in the galaxy, they are adept hunters, scouts, and scavengers. So you'll be seeing MI gear on them, and stuff they scrounged from the battlefield.

To update what I'm working on, even though the topic's moved on a bit: I've had to put the SST on back burner to get ACtA ships ready for a demo on Saturday.

Cheers
