What is the differance between the two?

Can anyone tell me what the differance is between the the Atlantean Edition and the Second Edition is?I saw a boook set I want to get but it says you need the Second ot play and I am not sure I wanna go out and buy those books again.

Its just more refinement of the fules from the Atlantean Edition.

Really, I havent come across anything for 1st or AT edition that isnt totally useable with 2nd edition.

They're pretty close. It's more a streamlined 1.5 edition than a a real 2nd Ed.
