What happens to the website?

About midday yesterday I was no longer able to access the website from certain networks now I just get an error that says:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Apache/1.3.42 Server at www.mongoosepublishing.com Port 80

Can you do a traceroute to the server?

Sounds like it's something somewhere along the way from you to the server.

I am sorry if I have caught you out, but due to random massive requests from single IP addresses I have started to block IP addresses that make over 100 simultaneous requests.

Let me know the last two numbers of you IP and I will unblock you.

This amount of requests in very unusual, it may be worth checking you don'r have a problem at your end

It's working again. As far as I know we have not made any changes on this end. The last two of my IP is 26.164.
