What do I need to buy?

I'm think of buying a Dilgar starter and I was wondering what single figs I would need to get in order to field a decent 5 point war army.

I don't really know Dilgar stats too well. I suppose it depends on your opponents but here are a couple threads where dilgar ships are discussed in detail:
