What are you doing with SST at the mo?

Good to see our guys are doing stuff. Gotta do my plasma but later.

As for your work:

@ Col_Stone
Do both in a mixed platoon. If your never sure, be greedy! That and I dont think Ive ever seen a marauder and exosuit army before. You could do a cool conversion of some sort of repair exosuit fixinf up a busted marauder using a flamerthrower to singe a nearby arachnid. You'd need a big base for that diorama.

@ Rob

Get the stuff man, you will regret it in a month if you dont. Besides its near chrismas, treat yourself!

@ Goldwyrm

That is a lot of stuff. Id be lucky if i had time to do one of those you listed in a month. I suppose thats a five year plan eh?

@ Galatea

Can we see a Work In Progress of the plasma? I am never against a picture of a good plasma bug. Maybe someone should start a thread of showcase plasma bugs...

And a campaign system... Interesting.

@ Xorrandor

How long do you have to paint 9 models?

@EP

Shame. You'll still post right?

Hopefully not five years. The ATV conversions, Marauders, Exosuits, and Warrior Bugs I hope to have done by the end of January/February.

Everything else might take a bit longer. I'm also not above buying someone else's painted stuff, mixing into my painted forces and reselling the unpainted boxes from my inventory.

You must have one hell of an inventory and a lot of shelves. Id hate to have to buy that many figure cases, lol.

I'll post a pic in my thread soon.

The Campaign system is in german, I'll translate it when it's finished but that may take a time (I assume it will become ~100 pages in the end).

*Writing a detailed article on the 5th MI Division.
*Working like a madman on SST: WOTS.
*Not getting enough sleep.
*Absolutely no time to paint.

Regards.

100+ paper tokens photoshopped and printed of various MI/Bug minis for markers until I decide to stick with BF:Evo. My BF:Evo minis will be sold off in favor of SST if the NDA announcement is not impressive enough.

Beginner box set purchased:
20 warriors primed and ready to paint.
Prepping/Assembling my MI now.

Technically, nine months. But other commitments mean I wouldn't even be able to start until February, which only gives me six months. That'll be kind of tight

I'm not sure it qualifies as what I'm doing "now", but it's as close as I can get at the moment...

G'Day

As a thank you for carrying a large amount of the house buying and moving agony/joy while she was away in the states, my wife Beth let me clear out the local gaming store of it's remnant stock. Of course now I've got at least six weeks of renovations to keep me occupied before I even really get a chance to lay hands on the new tankers, hoppers, etc. Of course the upside of that is the renovations will include fixing the new gaming room.

Cheers

Derek
