Hi guys,

We have just posted pictures of the British Army Command Section, Warrior, MEA Fedayeen Squad and their Technicals!

Holy Cow! Those are some gorgeous models! :D

I was expecting the Warrior to be great (and it is) but damn I hadn't intended collecting the MEA but those Fedayeen headscarves and snazzy Technicals (with go faster stripes!) have me hooked!

Wow I really like the feydayeen, the urban camo trousers and head scarves are pretty impressive, and the poses are a bit more lively.
Warriors looking good to, but would like to see the cokmand section up close kinda difficult to make out much facial detail on them from there.

Not liking the technicals though, for reasons I've probably already said, the blacked out windows seem worse on these than on the previous vehicles, probably cause it'd be a heck of alot easier to find something similar with an interior.

 I'm totally blown away. The paint jobs on the Fedayeen are incredible and I'm really diggin' the technicals. The warrior is just outstanding. This preview makes me really glad I preorder MEA and EF as my two armies.

Wow, little read and white shemaghs painted for mass production. Wow!

Nice looking minis, I have to say. But I also have to say that the Fedayeen RPG men have not checked out the backblast area :) (no, I don't expect to see such rules as backblast areas in BFE).

The Technicals are looking helluva better than the initial previews - the varied colour schemes was particularly inspired.

It's good to know the Warrior will also be available (in theory, at least) for regular Brit sections - for a moment, i thought the PBI would be stuck slogging from place to place while the Americans, Chinese and Kerakhistanis (aaaand everyone else) were zipping about. Perish the thought! And the model itself is keen.

As to the Fedayeen, they're also looking pretty dangerous. I imagine any players who thought they had their MEA-equipped chums worked out will be getting a nasty surprise come february...!

Very nice looking , especially the Feyadeen, painting palestinascarves is a hassle so these will come in handy:)

astounding. the Warrior simply blown me away, and the Feeydyakin are great with the "arafat" headcloth and this amazing urban pattern pants 8)

I have mixed opinions on the technicals. The models are beautiful, but usually a technical is like a 1985 Ford Ranger thats beat to hell and stuff, not like brand new trucks from Toyota.

I had the same thought. Though if you consider the timeline being 12 years in the future. The trucks of today aren't all that far off. I'm more concerned with the glossy sheen on them than anything else. I'm hoping that's just from the photo flash as it looks odd next to the muddy underbelly.

I'd rather have cheaper models than clear glass and pay for the detail inside. Or the extra time needed to do a layered fade of blue paint. If it's a matter of not liking black it's easy enough to repaint and it's certainly easier than painting the entire model from scratch. :D

Yeah, but you could go find some 1/48 trucks with interiors etc for about 3 pound each if price were your main issue, wack a machine gun and a combatant on, and you're there (Hell then the doors open too!), and you wouldnt have that issue about the bases causing troops to tower above their vehicles.
On a resin kit Im willing to overlook interior, but a plastic model really ought to have one, and it actually ends up costing Mongoose more if they have to go back and redo all their vehicles to catch up when someone else brings out an alternative.
Also these are meant to be better than 80% (Or was it 90%?) can achieve remember? Im sure most of us could black out the windows.

Still its good to have room for improvement, and the variants in colour are a good sign.

Actually, I have a friend that was over there (middle east region) with the service and he said that you see Hiluxes all over the place.
