WAS: another typo I think, Tramp Freighter target 6+

Pg 96, a Tramp Freighter cannot possibly have a 6+ target number making it as hard to hit as a much faster moving Destroyer. The ship's were slow moving "kill me now" targets.

Was it meant to be 4+ target the same as the other cargo ships?

Sorry for the flurry or cargo ship questions but we just started playing 2 weeks ago and just started using convoy scenarios this week.
