Vorlons vs. Shadow stealth

Ok, this is probably a reach, but in the rules for both the Shadows and the Vorlons, it reads they get a +1 vs. stealth because of their advanced technology over the younger races.

However, it goes on to "rule" that they both get +1 vs enemy ships, indicating that Vorlons get to use that +1 vs. Shadows, which doesn't seem right.

Thoughts?

Well the Minbari can completely remove the stealth of both Shadows and the Darkknife with their Leshath - does that seem right? :roll:

Just remember both races have been fighting for centuries so have had centuries to learn to bypass each others stealth. It is also possible that the stelth they get is simply better against the younger races because they are less advanced. Plus, before the fighting broke out between the two ancient races they worked together side-by-side; even if only tenuously.
