Victory Class Destroyer-Fleet Action Scale

I haven't posted in a while but I remember seeing a ship pictured on here a LONG time ago that was a pretty good proxy for a Victory class ship and was only like 2.5 - 3 inches long. It was "off-brand" but it looked really close.

Does anyone remember what company made it? Or, does anyone know where I could find something like this?

Somehow it looked more like a collaboration with the Centauri rather than Minbari. Might also be a nice proxy for Liati... :wink:
