Very Dissapointed in 2nd ED.

No so much the written work, but the quality of the books. To date, I have bought two, and both are falling apart. I was given another one, as a replacement, and the same thing happened.

Instead of taking out the pages and putting them in sheet protectors, I decided to keep running Atlantean and just add the new feats and combat manuevers.

PLEASE MONGOOSE, use stich binding, not some cheap glue...

Have you considered spiral binding? It is not nice to look, but at least it is functional and cheap

You are perfectly right, but since you mentioned sheet protectors, I wanted to suggest a different way. Good luck!

My book is also falling apart as are the books of most of the people I game with.
Its disappointing, my book isn't two months old yet.

Unfortunately Mongoose does not seem to read these message about the low quality of the "new" binding.

Or the b/w editions of their books.

Take a look at the Solomon Kane RPG by Pinnacle: Super binding, full color game for 50.

The "old" edition of the Conan RPG was top-notch and on the same level.
The new edition ist still a great game. but due to b/w and the binding is just "good"

But the binding alone would make it "miserable" IF not for the quality of the writing and the game itself!

Mongoose! Please change back to the better!
