Can someone please clarify me a doubt?

The VaS Rulebook comes with Counters for over 70 ships featured in the rules, correct?

Are the Counters below an expansion set, sold separately?

The counters come with the book, yes. They are also available separately, in case you need more or leave your free ones out in the rain
