Variant E-mines and Short Charge

Since the original official answer seems to have been lost in whatever crash caused the majority of the old posts to be deleted, I need to post this question again for an official answer.

How does Short Charge work? What would the firing sequence look like for a player that is using the short charge capability over the course of 5 rounds? If you load the launcher with Ship Breaker energy mines at the start of the game how does declaring a "Short Charge" change it?
 
I believe the previous answer was...

Turn 1 Short charge (full range, raduis and half AD)
Turn 2 Short charge (no slow loading trait)
Turn 3 Shipbreaker fire
Turn 4 no launch as slow loading prevents
Turn 5 either may fire..

Basically slow loading is a mis-nomer. Should be called cool down or some such as it affects the turn following a shot from a slow loading weapon. Because Short Charge removes the slow loading trait you may fire continuos short charges but must 'rest' the weapon a turn after you fire any other E-mine.
