Sorry for the delay - Dragonmeet and various other issues have eaten my time lately. V3 won't be out this week, but I'll try to get a manuscript to Chris over the weekend.

a) the V3 playtest doc
b) Alpha versions of the rest of the book, in case I get run over by an out-of-control sleigh or something.

Lots of work still to do, but I'm taking a few days off writing. (Well, writing Traveller anyway - I've got three con scenarios and a magazine article to do before Christmas.)
