Underpowered with power drain.

Can a war eagle take move only 6" as a power drain and still fire its type R torpedo? Logic says no, but rules as written don't seem to forbid it.

The power drain rules say you can't take the power drain move option if your movement is restricted in anyway. And the ship already has restricted movement.

But you could still take the 'only fire one weapon' option for power drain, and fire the Plasma.
