Page count is still being advertised as 128 pages, same as the previous book.
Possibly more artwork is the reason for the increase as with a bestiary I'd expect pictures for the majority of 'creatures' if not all of them.

Oh just to let you know, I recently got a couple of hardback Star Wars books - £18.99 each! I couldn't believe it. Still bought them though, so it shows that Mongoose is cutting us a good deal getting the LW books direct off them. Just shows how expensive books are getting these days.
Well I won't tell you where I purchased my copies, but I got the collectors edition solo gamebooks 1-14 for £115 including delivery

How did you get books 1 to 4 with the curved spines? I thought they only came in the straight spine style

No, I have the curved spines too. They are used in the recent print runs - but I have no idea how long ago they were available, I'm afraid, as I can't remember. It was some time ago though.
