The Tlazitlan race was included in the playtest (which is why there are still references to it), but was apparently cut due to space. Due to the NDA (non-disclosure agreement), I cannot give the stats out. I am sure the information will be released in a future product (i.e. a supplement, Signs and Portents, Sons of Cimmeria, or as a web enhancement download) if the demand for those stats is high enough. You (or another fan) could also write up your own version of their stats readily enough, however. Unless Mongoose wants to put the stats up on the message board, or unless someone comes up with their own homebrew version, it is very unlikely you will see the stats for that subrace here.
