it would be the same as splitting fire - remember the restriction this would place if your weapon is a beam. (targets have to be withing 4 inches of each other)
Yes you can split dice from a turret weapon against multiple targets, no you can't put dice in different arcs, but since Tutrret is an all round and therefore infinite (direction wise) arc, it is impossible to do so.
