Very little in the way of retail outlet exposure. The miniatures line for Starfleet Battles is in distribution, and you may find the remains of Mongoose's Babylon-5 or Iron Wind Metals' Battletech/Battlespace lines on the shelf (one is discontinued, while the other is "inactive"). There are a few Traveller-specific ships available from Ad Astra, but their distribution is spotty.
Mail Order brings in a lot of additional options, many of them from the UK. At least one of those UK companies ships so fast that they don't NEED US distribution. There are too many to go into here on a company-specific board. Two of these companies do have US operations, but it will still usually be Mail Order only.
