Short version: No.
Long version: No - and nor are they really in any way connected to the stereotypes of the species. If you were going to write "Englishman/Irishman/Scotsman" (alter for your appropriate national butt-of-joke stereotypes) about traveller races, you'd probably be looking at:

~ Aslan Males' honour-code, desire to win territory and almost genetic-level lack of understanding of money ("receiving an email from a Zhodani noble who needs your help")

~ K'Kree inability to do anything on their own ("queue for the ladies toilets" jokes?)

~ Hivers dropping their offspring everywhere (nothing springs to mind but it's a fairly obvious and arguably relatively stupid racial characteristic).
