Hi there,
I would like to say that after playing Traveller since a week before Mega Traveller was out of the printers, there is one thing that has bothered me with the game, and that is the lack of an equipment book that is not focused on survival or combat equipment.
I would like to have a book that details standard civilian eq (including clothes, computers, household robots, household stuff, including ordinary medicine, not just the 9-10 drugs that has always been set into traveller space as well as the 3-5 psidrugs.
Another thing I lack is biogeneering, biotech, cybertech and organ cloning/replacement. And I saw in one thread that you say that the Empire do not like such things and that I can agree with, but I mean we have the Solomani GenAssist - it would be nice to see what the Solomani has been up to, apart from uplifting entire speices.
As a sidenote, in sweden we had a SciFi RGP that came out in the late 80's early 90's called Mutant, one of the supplements to that game was a two book box called Techno 2091, where such things were detailed and it was a hit among the players.
Lots of love,
Dunia
