Traveller Companion Shipped

There will be a delay of a handful of days - we are processing the Companion orders right now, and North American copies should start going out tomorrow. We are expecting copies here in the UK (for the rest of the world) next week.

Hi everyone,
We have indeed had some issues with the Traveller Companion (and some other titles that got caught up in this) in the UK - and, by extension, the rest of the world outside of North America.
To cut a very long story short, we had an issue with our stock system that announced that the book was shipping. However, the books were due to arrive within a few days of that happening - not great, but we expected to get everyone their copies quickly.
Then shipping companies stepped in to mis-route and, at one point, lose our stock that we were expecting. This has taken a massive amount of time to resolve, and led to no little hair-pulling in our office. Every time we were promised the books would arrive, they would evaporate in a puff of smoke.
This was finally resolved late last week and we were told we could expect the books on Tuesday... only for a flight to be delayed and for them to arrive tomorrow (we have had confirmation that they are actually in the UK now).
I am very sorry about this, but we will be burning the midnight oil to get everyone's books out as soon as they arrive, and they will be shipping Friday (if not sooner - depending on what time they arrive tomorrow).
Normal service will most certainly be resuming from Monday next week...

We are pleased (and no little relieved) to announce that the stock of Companions (and other titles) has arrived and as I type books are being packaged and sent off - Sand is already hard at work on the overseas shipping and I am about to dive into the UK. We should have everything off and out the door by lunchtime.
