Is it any good and by that I mean is it usable as deck plans for ships using Mongoose Traveller rules?

Going by the description, I believe you probably would find their counterparts in Mongoose.

If you go to the entry on Drive Through you will see a "sample" page that reflects what is in the product. Gives you a good idea of what is in there. It also lists the plans as 1/120 scale so keep that in mind if you plan to use miniatures with them.
