From what I saw, the minis are of similar quality to those previously sent out i.e a fair bit of flash on some of the ships, a few defects here and there. And I would suggest more than a polite email is required. Raedil complained politely when the box wasn't delivered in time for Christmas, and then more firmly when the fleet box didn't make it's second promised date at the end of january. Since then he has been firmly pushing for updates and this has obviously paid off in this case. No idea what implication this has for the rest of us but the five of us in the rpg group can confirm that at least one Romulan fleet box exists.

The mini rule book is nice. I've had one since December which was given out at Dragonmeet when Digger preordered the rulebook. It's printed in black and white and has all the rules in it but none of the fluff and only a few of the ships and without the mini pictures etc. The mini rulebook in the fleet box is the same as the one I have
