The Spider God's Bride

Not only that, but perhaps the other Xoth PFRPG releases could be converted to Legend too, "Song of the Beast Gods" and "The Citadel beyong the North Wind". Hopefully with a little more alacrity than "The Spider God's Bride".

It's more of a follow-up than a sequel, but the point is there is more Xoth material that's just begging for a Legend conversion, and maybe a proper product line. If Legend SGB sells, maybe we'll get one.

In the US a follow-up and a sequel are synonymous. Do you mean it's more of a stand alone adventure, set in the same world?

Yes, a low level (2-3) adventure in the same world. SBG in the original d20 involved a loose progression from level 1 to about 12 from memory, so a level 2 adventure wouldn't be sequential in terms of play (although it could be inserted into the campaign) but obviously follows SBG chronologically in terms of publication.

The same likely is true of "Citadel beyond the North Wind", although I haven't seen that yet. My understanding is that it's about 8th level PFRPG and set and set in the same world but a hitherto un-detailed area.

Well, the SBG author has mentioned on xoth.net's forums that if some-one were prepared to convert SBG to PFRPG proper, he'd be happy to talk...

This project has been right around the corner for so long that frankly I'll believe it when I see it.

Don't get me wrong, I'll be very happy if it does finally get released, and I'll be buying it ASAP, I just have a hard time believing I ever will see it.

It has certainly had its challenges - however, I expecting proofing to be complete within a few days.

From some of the comments here and on the Traveller boards, it sounds like your production and editorial queues are in a state of flux at the moment. Products are being rescheduled and things moved around. Do you guys have a secret project up your sleeve that has made these changes necessary? ;)

Yes, but that is not the point of what has happened behind SGB :) This book has had more than its fair share of challenges - four writers who dropped out during the conversion did not help, as we had to restart from scratch every time!

Don't do that Matthew :D Hint dropped and then pull a disappearing act!

I'm starting to wonder if the proofreaders dropped out on it too. It seems this book is cursed.

They haven't dropped out, but have had some Real Life things interfere with deadlines.

And yes, we are fairly convinced this book is cursed :)
