The Head Aflame

It's mentioned in several supplements as a feat characters have but I can't find what it does.
I've checked Slaine, Tir Nan Og, The moon sow books and the d20 players handbook.
Any ideas?

Its a druidic special ability, it lets them channel their earthpower into a devastating attack. You will find it in the Slaine rulebook under the Druid character class.
