I have a question regarding M. White in the Doppelgagner B5 adventure of S&P roleplayer 43. I know he is not a true telepath but he can use telepathic abilities (I think he was initially a 1st edition character because he still has a 1st edition feat and his defense includes reflexe save :wink: ), so what is his P-Rating equivalent ?
