Hi,
I'm finishing up working on a Dark Tower/Gunslinger game based on the Stephen King books for Runequest II. I'm about halfway through a Past Events table for the game and I'm kind of stumped. I've gone through the tables in the main book, Deus Vult, and Wraith Recon, and I have about 43 individual past events. But I'd like some more. Does anyone have a resource online that I could look through, or ideas for past events that they think would fit in? Any help would be appreciated.
Just a little background: This will be my first time running RQII, but not my first time running a game by any means. I've used the Deus Vult background information from the book as a basis for Gunslinger backgrounds. I found the Dark Tower book that someone did for BRP online, and took what I liked. I'm figuring that I'll use the basic Deus Vult game concept, a monster hunter game, flavor it with western/ Dark Tower themes, and see how that bounces. I chose not to run a straight Deus Vult game because my group is less than religious, and I don't think they'd enjoy that setting as much.
