The Core Expeditions Errata

Should point out that the Trade Codes for the different systems should to be updated so that the trade codes use the current Mongoose 2E traveller Trade Code rules.

I would also suggest that Tlenchidle 1637 pg104 should have the tech level changed, High pop worlds with TL16 can have some interesting effects when players notice them.

Let me know if you want a copy of my updated files for the subsectors listed in the book.

Yes, I've noted two TL16 worlds so far, changes the old imperium is one TL above the zho Canon

My thoughts on those is to drop the TL down to about TL12 / TL13 and then put an Ancient site on them, gives players something to explore and explains how the Fearil gained Jump Drives.

I believe I've found two tiny continuity snarls in the book while starting to input it on my Timeline Document, one internal to the book and one external to previous publications;

Page 4 states the following:
Before the discovery of the jump drive in -5415, factionalism was rife between the Zhodani.
Which is consistent with previous publications, including Aliens of Charted Space, Volume 1.

Afterwards, on Page 6, we have the following:
In -5414, the company began trialling a new starship engine. It combined parts from other companies across Zhdant, and they had used the knowledge of their starfaring counterparts within the calculations, attempting to create a fusion power source. With the introduction of Ancients’ technology they had, albeit accidentally, created a functional jump drive. When the prototype was tested, the crew operating the ship had ended up in Batlia after a week of travel.
So it's unclear whether the Zhodani got Jump Drive on -5415 or -5414.

The other little continuity snarl, the external one, I've found is on page 19:
When the Toliak was initially retrieved, many militarised Zhodani ships were sent to the world on which it was examined. This was brushed off as being a fleet on a mission to trailing in an attempt to expand the borders of the Consulate, but anyone paying attention would have seen the direction of their jump was, in fact, Zhdant. Once the device was safely back at the Zhodani capital, the Qlomdlabr needed to find a place to store it and a method of ensuring the public remained unaware of its capabilities.

Pages 10 and 18 both state that the Toliak was found on the ruins on Zhdantpreql – and here's the catch, in previously published materials, specifically the Mongoose 1st Edition book Alien Module 4: Zhodani, Zhdantpreql is an archaeological site on the Qiknavra continent of Zhdant itself. The current phrasing seems to assume it to be another world instead.
