If someone use warning or communication upon someone else. Do the target automatically know who is the sender ?

A bluff check maybe? Or more likely a combination of a perform and bluff check. It should be hard to do as having your voice heard is one of the checks on telepathy.

Yeah, simplest thing to do is just do it as a Bluff check. Give 'em a Synergy bonus from Perform if you feel like it.

Maybe you could do it as implanting a suggestion, to make them think it was someone else's voice that way ?
