Telepaths and Space Combat

I know, i've read somewhere, that telepaths can use telepathy instead of sensors in Space Combat.
Can anybody help me to find it again?

In The Point of No Return book on page 124 there is a section marked Telepathic Target Acquisition which also references pages 103 and 73 of the main rulebook which I don't have with me at this time.
