TAS Releases and Core Update

Do TAS releases now have to follow the 2022 Core Updated rules or the older Core Rules?

We would recommend Update 2022, but there is no rule to it as yet - there will not be a vast amount of things where the changes will have a big effect, I think...

Would be really helpful to know the differences between the original 2e CRB and the Update 2022 CRB.
