Tank Assault?

I've played a lot of Starship Troopers, and a little Modern Combat. I just bought the World at War rules, and have a question about Tank Assault.

Tank assault gives all members of a squad Anti-Tank Explosives, a One-Shot weapon. Does this mean that each squad member may make one such attack? Or, rather, is it one attack for the squad from any member?

We've always played it that everyone carries one. Improved anti-tank explosives are a bit of a rip-off if you're buying only one...

Certainly, in the Modern Combat version, squad members carry one IED each.

The second - one attack for the squad from any member.
