Taking From Other Traveller Sources For The New Ruleset

I'm looking forward to getting my Traveller rules from Amazon, but in the meantime I'm going over my MegaTraveller box set and Traveller20 systems and am curious how hard it is going to be to mesh rules ideas into the new system.

The differences between MegaTraveller and Mongoose Traveller are similar to the differences between Classic Traveller and MegaTraveller - I'm using a lot of CT and MT stuff in my MgT game with little or no modification.

I'm unfamiliar with T20 specifically, but I think the differences between it and MgT are probably more than the differences between MT and MgT.

T20 is a little more problematic than MT, but many of ideas and structures will cross.

I frequently don't care about the specific edition something comes from as long as it's structure vaguely fits in with MTU.

If you can see using T20 systems in MegaTraveller, then those same systems will probably mesh with Mongoose Traveller as well.
