is there any _Official_ statement about the surprise? How does it work through all CA´s when you have been surprised, are you going to be able to parry/dodge the attack of the opponent who´s SR exceeds your after the first CA or is the rules really suggesting that you cant react that opponents attacks in any of the first rounds CA´s?
