Supplement 8: power armor?? Where are you?

Where did this supplement go? I was actually really looking forward to its impending release, but it seems to have fallen off the release schedule. Did we lose another author?

Amazon still lists Supplement 9: Power Armour as a pre-order. I don't know about the release date of June 22, 2010 since the date they have and when it actually gets released are seldom the same. Doubt if this info helps much, bet there it is.
