suggestions on what i can use of this to demo with

i was thinking of one centurion, 1 demos 1 vorchan and 1 g`sten 1 ka`toc and one t`rakk

i got:
Centauri:
Adira
2* Centurions
2* primus
6* Vorchans

Narn:
Ka`bin`tak
3*gariths
1* g`quan
2*'Rongoth
1*ka`toc
1*sho`kar
1*t`loth
2* t`rakk

I suggest:

2 Vorchans
1 Primus

Narn:
2 Rongoth
1 G'Quan

My own demo fleet usually consist of 2 skirmish Level ships and 1 Raid Level "Command" ship. It looks fine on the table and allows players a deeper look at fleet tactics

It depends what you mean by demo.

Small scale stuff would be good to teach people the rules, tactics, etc.

If you want to put on a show (for a club, convention, etc.) just put loads of stuff on the table. It doesn't matter if it's a mismatched game as long as it is memorable.
