Subsidised Merchant: docking space or docking clamp?

Ah, that's what was bothering me! I see 'Docking space' in the design list then the deck plan is marked 'Launch' rather than launch deck or something similar then I see the image which looks not part of the structure. The other picture I mentioned I saw looked more like an integral third deck.

Ten percent for garages is probably too small for smallcraft, something that I believe Classic addressed.

Conformal, with a one tonne passenger airlock and maybe one tonne of separate clamps, probably sounds about right.
