It seems strange that this is so dominantly called out in the Character Creation process. I assume that it only covers pages 14 and 15, but when you turn to page 16 there is nothing that clearly indicates "Now back to the rest of the character creation process". The "Careers" title on page 16 has the exact same visual weight as "Events During Pre-Career Education", when it should probably be "Sub-chapter: Careers" or something like that.
On the same subject, the "Sub-chapter" heading has the exact visual weight as the "Chapter" heading. Perhaps this could be all be fixed with a "sub-chapter" header style with a visual weight that's somewhere in-between the full-width Chapter heading and the all-uppercase heading used for sections (like "University"). This style would then be applied to "Pre-Career Education" and "Careers".
Oh, and my personal preference would be to drop the (then un-needed) attribution of "Sub-chapter"
