Thought people might want to see a picture of the scenery we were fighting over tonight at our regular club night. I've been introducing people to the game over the last few weeks and so far everyone who's tried the game has loved it. There's now talk of starting a full campaign in the new year.

That table looks fantastic. It could do with a few sci-fi looking vehicles and maybe some oddball bits of MC1 street furniture to liven/sci-fi it up a bit, but the hard work is all done already.

I have had this Terragenesis page bookmarked for a few years because I find these bits to be very evocative of MC1.

You should be able to get a lot of fun games played on that table. Make sure to take a few more shots of games in progress to show us

All the scenery comes from WorldWorks Games, you buy it as a series of pdfs and then print out and assemble as much as you need. I've done a lot of cutting and sticking over the last few weeks. The table's still a work in progress, I'm working on some vehicles right now and street furniture's on the list once I've pushed it out to a full 4'x4'.

Unfortunately I forgot to take my camera to the club last night or I'd have more pictures. I took more with my phone but this is the only one that came out looking good enough.

Just found out that one of the guys I demo'ed the game to on Monday night came home and immediately ordered the Justice Department box set. I guess I did something right.

We managed to get another 3 games in tonight. I promised you more pictures so here goes.

Picture of the battlefield at the start of the first of tonight's games. The vehicles are a mix of modern and sci-fi hover cars from World Works, plus those from the GoMC1 box.

Orang utan sniper getting into position, this guy caused a lot of trouble over the course of the evening.

Incidentally, the other player I introduced to the game last week picked up a robot gang box from Dragonmeet this weekend. We have another who's waiting for the City-Def to come out and hopefully another couple of new players as well so things are looking good.
