An idea occurred to me for introducing new players to Glorantha.
Taking turns, at the start of each session one player tells a myth in character to the other players. The GM could prepare short summaries to the story-teller who could then re-tell the story in their own words. Or the players could research Gloranthan myths on their own or even try writing new ones.
I'm thinking (and hoping) this might be a good way to build player "buy in". The myths would be, in a sense, theirs. It would also avoid the problem of info-dumping.
Has anybody else tried something like this? If so, did it work? Or does this idea contain total amounts of fail?
