Any word on if Ironwood Metals (I think) has begun producing the late orders?

Been waiting on their reply, but they haven't said anything.

Okay, got *some* of my order today. Unfortuantely they sent the wrong thing. Now why would they send *square* 50mm & 20mm bases for ACtA figures I have no idea. Sigh...

As if to prove the point I received my missing Civilian liner in the post today, some bits are too tight a fit, but that's why I have files and a Dremel, even I should be able to fix that.

Also, the B5 fins I needed came in the same package, along with the rest of a complete B5 model, now I just need to figure out how to kitbash one into being a B4 model :lol:

So by my reckoning I officially have all the models I ordered and needed replacements for.

Thanks Mongoose and especially thanks Matt and to whoever stuffs the envelopes.

They sent me an entire B5 model to replace the broken long thin top piece. I was quite surprised! I'm thinking of making a damaged B5 wreck from mine.

I made a phone call at the start of last week about what i was missing and a parcel arrived by thursday with the last of my order!!!

Funny thing was i had ordered a fleet box from hobby box and two weapon / wing sprues where missin and explained this over the phone!

Got 1 minbari wing pod in the package??? totally wrong fleet! will have to call u back tomorrow!!!

I'm still waiting for my order :(

The last I heard something about it was on 08th of August, nthing since then.

Slowly I'm getting to the point of being very very disappointed. I spend my money and got nothing in return :evil:

Even the 30 days of Paypal Customer Support has expired.
 
I'd say that was pretty bad, but i remember my mothership wait... you have months left to rival that ;-)

Hopefully I will not have to wait so long or at least get the new stuff from IWM.
 
I am also geting mildly frustrated, Back in March I won some prizes for finishing 2nd in the MavenCon Tourney. Although Bryan Steele has been quite responsive to my PM status reqeusts, the items still have not been shipped.

I understand that Prize support was a lower priority than the fire sale orders, but a this point, it has been 6 months. Has anyone who one something at MavenCon in Indy received anything?

My order was for:
4 Blisters of Brakiri Falkosi
4 Blisters of Brakiri Pikatos

As I said, Bryan has been been responsive to my IM's but I was led to beleive that these items would finally be shipped about a month ago.
 
I got 1st place at Mavon con and still nothing. I was also told that I wasgoing to get the stuff about a month ago but no dice. I tried talking to MS sping but no word since then. I hope I will get a message soon. The way I look at it is once a week send a message, always be polite and always send a message. Some day I think I will get what I won. If not well then thats another story in itself.
