Still NO Minis (Matt Sprange please read)

pretty shocking stuff my friend. was this direct from Mongoose? as Matt was always pretty useful in responding to my queries on parts and ships.
if it wasn't Mongoose, then i suppose you wouldn't be posting here.... lol
remember their are consumer protection rights though.

If you never get shadow cloaks, I have 4 of them looking for a home.
 
_If_ this is who I think it is (people do not order with forum names), then we have already sent a package to them which seems to have become lost in the post (this has happened to this chap and one other person), and I have an email waiting from them this morning.

However, I should point out that we guarantee all our products, and if you are still waiting for models, you are welcome to swap them out for something else, or to a refund.
 
Have to say, I'm assuming Dinslaken is in Germany, and I have sent several packages to Germany, and 3 of the 5 have "got lost" and their is little comeback for you. I'm desperately trying to get Royal mail to refund my postage cost and the cost fo the items... it would be easier to get WB to fund more Bab 5!!
