Still NO Minis (Matt Sprange please read)

Just had a big box of goodies from thehobbybox delivered, but I'll have wait until I get home from work before I get to go through everything to see if there's any miscasts or mispackagings in the individual boxes.

well i believe hobbybox is still waiting on its last big order to arrive before sending some out so if you waiting on ships from iain then you may be waiting a little longer.

Still waiting for my 3 minis to come in. Since Feb. I was told that they have been resent...nothing yet....STILL.....4 months!!!!!! DAMM!!

Everything's in from Iain as far as the packaging's concerned - just need to check that nothing's missing from the boxes themselves.

Edit: Well, if we ignore the Thunderbolts (I've yet to see a batch of Thunderbolts which aren't miscast), everything seems to be in order and in a workable condition :D

I got most of my stuff quite early but have been waiting on two blisters of Breaching Pods and a pair of Sho'Kos for a good three months now. Fortunately I only need the pods for variety and the Narn fleet isn't being built until a couple of fleets down the line.

Still waiting on more than half of my order, mostly fleet boxes, in fact all boxes including civilian ships. I have recived some individual ships I ordered. When I phoned for an update I was promised that they would be here by the end of the month......so 6 days to go. July will be the 5 month of waiting.
Ive also sent messages re miscasts, so will wait and see what decade they will be sent in.

well its the 1st of july, and as promised I recived all my order.........no wait, that would be a lie, just like the promise that mongoose made me. I am waiting on fleet boxes for the following, shadows, vorlon, mimbari, earth 3rd age, centari, and the civilian ships.

Is there any point in contacting them, are are they just going to lie to me again?

Dude I'm sure Mongoose arent LYING and if theyve said theyve dispatched your stuff then Im sure they have but if you have ever used the postal service in this country at all you must realise that trying to pin them down to a precise date of delivery is a tad hit and miss. I've never found Mongoose to be anything but helpful and friendly when it comes to mail order issues so drop them an email or if your really worried give them a ring. I know it's annoying when youve been waiting ages (I had to wait over 6 months to get something of agents of gaming once in the old days but if you've got any problems DO contact mongoose and I'm sure they'll sort it out for you :)

I was promised my missing items withing a couple of weeks, but it's been three weeks and counting (over 3 months since the original order). I've mailed Matt again for an update...

Since the beginning of CTA I have spent literally thousands of pounds on fleerts, almost all of those through Mongoose directly. On occasion I have had to wait for deliveries for quite a few months, right now I am awaiting the last £100 of my orders howver Mongoose have always come up with the goods and I have absolute confidence that I will receive my last orders soon.

On the one order in 4 years that went miising in the post they replaced the ships without question and very quickly.

Mongoose are in my experience a very honest company.

Woo hoo! I got my final order today! Now I just have to wait for my replacement parts and the world will be good. Thankfully there weren't any missing, broken, or miscast parts in this last order.

Is there a 'final' date for requesting replacements or missing parts?

I had a busted cannon for my Nova and a missing spur for a Hyperion, but I wanted to wait for the other 3 fleet boxes I'm waiting on before putting in the request. I'd rather just wait to do it all at once, but I don't want to put it off till they are no longer casting :(

Any advice?
