shame there is no stickies that have all the fan created spells and heroic abilities listed and details given on the forums make keeping track of stuff to use in game easier to find

I'm looking at moving my stuff into a document that I will make available via Google Docs.

Maybe a sticky where people could post links to homebrew resources might be useful?

needs some thing i hate reading a post that has stuff in it i can use and then struggling to find it again . would be nice if it could all be brought together in one place

At the top of the thread there are several links:

"Subscribe thread" will inform you when any new posts are made, and;
"Bookmark thread" will save the thread in your bookmark area so you can easily find it again

Well they are: once you've bookmarked em go to your user Control Panel and then the Bookmarked Thread's area and there they all are, in one list. ... I'm afraid if that isn't what you mean then I'm lost as to what you do mean.

BTW - it's a nice addition to a forum! myBB (the forum system I use for my LARP website) only has one plugin to do this and that would cost me $5 ... which I simply don't have atm! So yeah. Nice one phpBB!
