Mongoose
The mobility infantry army book does not make it clear. Are Powersuit Platoons able to take Chem grenades?

Also, LAMI, and Pathfinders can upgrade one member to medics fro 15 points. Does that count for PSMI as well?

Don't have my book handy, but I believe that PAMI officers (only) may take Chem grenades at higher PLs. Might be in a FAQ.

Power Suit squads don't have the medic option unless you give a trooper traits with the PL optional upgrades tables. Cost is whatever it says in the traits/training section.

I'd like to see an Independent Medic, maybe M.Carbine only (and no augmented weapons except maybe smoke grenades for cover), option to No Flinch when with a patient, and possibly add trait Dodge 6+ ...
for about 60 (?) points - maybe 75 points if the Medic skill was improved so that a roll of 5 (or 4 and 5) means the patient can be handed off to another (regular) trooper who stays in contact with the wounded.

Officers in a PAMI Platoon may be given Chem Grenades (dependent on PL), unfortunately the rules are not in the MI Army book (but in the Pathfinder Book).

No, PAMI can't take "free" medics.

Oh. thanks for the corrections.
Also, for the MI army book, the TAC fighter has two rapier missile launchers, but unlike the rule book, it can;t fire both at once. Was that a typo, that they forget to say that it could fire two rapier missiles, or is it only one? just checking.
